Knowledge. Experience. Passion.

About Julie

My interest in real estate stems from my passion for photography, architecture, historical preservation, interior design, and all things San Francisco. I enjoy the personal nature of real estate because each success leaves me rewarded both professionally and emotionally. I’ve lived in San Francisco since 1995 and have comprehensive knowledge of the dynamic housing market, unique neighborhoods, and their property values as well as the wide variety of public and private schools, transit systems, and recreational and cultural activities available. I have honed a specialized skill set built upon my legal education and experience in client-driven service-oriented industries.

Providing accurate facts, timely statistics, and proven strategies to ensure sound decision-making is my TOP priority.

I am considerate of your time and limits. My success is the result of effective negotiation, as well as constant and consistent communication with all parties to the transaction. Whether buying or selling you will benefit from my exclusive team of trusted and experienced partners including contractors, architects, interior designers, stagers, painters, gardeners, cleaners, and more. You will also benefit from Sotheby’s innovative and strategic marketing as well as our reputation as one of the most sought after and recognized global real estate brands.

San Francisco’s fast-paced and challenging market demands that I be candid, and straightforward and help you set realistic achievable goals. Seller’s marketing plans are tailored to satisfy specific objectives and get the best price and terms possible.
I help buyers craft their “wish lists” and work tirelessly to secure the best price on a home that meets their precise criteria. Clients and colleagues alike appreciate my gregarious nature and warm disposition. I pride myself on always maintaining a pleasant, calm, and professional demeanor.

I have a strong connection to the community. As the daughter of an elementary school teacher and sister of an art teacher I have always had a desire to devote time to fostering education. I have two children attending San Francisco public schools, have served as President of Yick Wo Elementary for three years, and continue to help with various fundraising events.
